We recognise that we have an opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and endeavour to raise awareness of environmental issues among our staff in all aspects of our work.

Our green waste is shredded and composted before being used as a soil improver on local fields. We have our own private green waste facility.

Office and workshop waste (paper, plastic, cans, glass, packaging, printer cartridges etc.) is recycled.”

Although we comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations, our own bar is set considerably higher.

We are upper-tier licensed waste carriers.

Timber is obtained from renewable sources.

Although we are a licensed Pesticide Operator, whenever possible we try to find a cultural method or use biological pest control.

We use mulch and peat-free compost.

We promote the collection and use of rainwater.

Vehicles and machinery comply with emission requirements.

We keep up-to-date with new products that reduce the impact on the environment.
